Starting back in 2014, HIT is proud to have contributed in the rise of the CrossFit industry in Egypt with a growing number of HIT athletes and coaches competing annually in regional championships and dominating the leaderboard each year. 100+ HIT-TRAINED COMPETITIVE ATHLETES putting in the work, day in and day out, just for the sake of the game and we were here to witness it all, how could we not be moved?
Our athletes’ grit and determination inspired us to start GRIT TRAINING which is an online programming platform for those aspiring to become professional CrossFit athletes; Our main goal from GRIT is to provide complete programming making no room for lost potential and to pave the road so that no athlete ever feels like they’re falling behind at any point along the journey.
How? You may ask. Through GRIT, we’ll be offering you a well-rounded program; tackling every aspect to not only evovle, but excel in the athletic field; from daily workouts, to mobility training, injury prevention, sports nutrition & supplementation plans, workshops, webinars, you name it. We promise you nothing less than quality, community support and endless milestones to come.
AND WHO IS IT FOR?
GRIT is an online programming platform, It’s not merely limited to training workouts, but rather focused more on positional work, longevity and injury prevention. GRIT Training is designed and tested by top notch coaches & athletes and it’s mainly targeted towards those who aim to participate in local competitions or the Open/Quarterfinals. It is a full-scale, high volume training program made for athletes who want to compete at the highest level. However, one doesn’t have to be a Games athlete in order to follow it. The Flexibility of the structure and the numerous given options make it suitable for even the most novice competitor to adjust, work properly and improve drastically.
REGISTRATIONS OPEN FROM DECEMBER 14TH - DECEMBER 27TH
TUESDAY, DEC 27TH (ongoing cycle)
Strength cycle working on positions and drills for enhancing your performance in the main olympic lifts like Snatches and Clean&Jerk And getting raw strength numbers up
Gymnastics drills and building capacity I.E learning new skills or getting better and stronger at a skill you already have!
Mixed model training (CrossFit-like workouts)
As we get near the competition so you get better without getting burnt!!
Aerobic capacity building during the program so you have a solid foundation for whatever going to face you during the competition
INJURY prevention exercises and this is the most important thing for any athlete going to compete in CrossFit, simply this will let you compete longer and stronger in the sports and of course recover faster
Finally intention behind every workout to get the best out of it, like how to tackle it? Pacing and how to breakdown reps or maybe go all out in other workouts.
