Starting back in 2014. Our roots lie in Heliopolis Sporting Club, Cairo. HIT was one of the most prominent leaders in the rise of the fitness industry in Egypt and over the past 8 years we've expanded to now proudly serve in 8 different locations across East Cairo and the North Coast, With plans to branch out further to West Cairo & the Middle East. Our aim is to help people reach their full potential by providing a wide range of services and programs that would suit their needs, and most importantly, by providing a strong and supporting community base

HIT+ TERRACE is a top-class gym. Fully equipped with machines as well as a dedicated space for functional training with a wide range of free weights. You can get the whole experience here with a sauna and jacuzzi too, and spacious locker rooms. Not only that but HIT's usual group sessions will also be taking place here. To round it all off, you can get the treatment and recovery you need by booking physiotherapy sessions too.
