I’m a beginner, would this program be too intense for me?
Absolutely not! This program is the perfect opportunity for beginners to start adopting a healthier lifestyle, We make sure you master the basics first and start introducing more challenges as you go.
Are there any additional equipment I should bring?
The venue is fully equipped and there are no additional purchases required. Only comfortable sports attire and good energy!
What if I miss a session?
Training session timings are fixed. However, If you miss the training session for any reason, You may compensate by attending any of our regular group sessions as an alternative and you may also ask the coach to send you the workout to perform at home.
Is this program suitable for my age?
Yes, The program is suitable for all ages and fitness levels as long as you do not suffer from any injuries or health conditions that require special care, in that case we would recommend booking with a personal trainer.
Where can I conduct my InBody analysis?
Our InBody services are available at the following venues:

📍 Concord Plaza, New Cairo
📍 Sun City Mall, Sheraton.
Kindly be advised to submit your InBody results to our Nutritionist at least 3 days prior to the program's start date to receive you plan on time.
