  • DO I HAVE TO BE A COMPETITIVE ATHLETE TO JOIN THIS PROGRAM?

No. You don’t need to be a competitive athlete — but you do need to be committed.

This program is designed for people who train seriously and want to perform better, whether that’s for a race, an event, or personal standards.

  • IS IT SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?

This is not designed for true beginners.

Participants should have a basic training background (lifting and running exposure).

Movements and volumes are scalable, but the intent is performance, not learning fundamentals from scratch.

  • ARE THERE CHECK-INS, PERFORMANCE TESTS OR SIMULATIONS DURING THE PROGRAM?

Yes. The program includes structured check-ins and benchmark-style sessions to track progress.

You’ll experience controlled simulations that prepare you physically and mentally for race demands — without random testing.

  • ARE TRACK DAYS JUST RUNNING SESSIONS OR DO THEY INCLUDE PACING TECHNIQUES AND MOBILITY WORK?

Track days are not just running.

They include:

• Pacing education

• Effort control

• Running mechanics under fatigue

• Mobility and preparation work when relevant

The goal is to teach you how to run efficiently when it matters, not just run fast.
 

  • WHERE CAN I CONDUCT MY INBODY TEST?
    Our InBody services are available at the following venues:


-  Terrace Mall, Al Shorouk.
-  Concord Plaza, New Cairo
-  Sun City Mall, Sheraton.

Kindly be advised to submit your InBody results to our Nutritionist at least 3 days prior to the program's start date to receive your plan on time.


 

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A SESSION?

Missing a session won’t break the program.

Each workout has a clear purpose, and coaches can guide you on how to adjust or move forward without trying to “make up” missed work.

Consistency matters more than perfection.
