Whether you’re a working woman, a student, a new mom or a mother-to-be, Fabfit is the perfectly customized 4-week fitness & Yoga program to help you upgrade your lifestyle whatever your level or situation is. This is the time and space to focus on yourself in a comfortable environment amongst empowering and like-minded women.
FABFIT COMES IN 3 MODULES TO SUIT EVERY NEED: -
MODULE 1: REGULAR
Targeted at all ladies with zero to intermediate levels of experience to help them shred fats, gain muscles, strength, and skills.
MODULE 2: PRENATAL
For pregnant women to help them maintain an active lifestyle during this crucial and transforming phase in their lives. This module has the added benefit of helping ladies to prepare themselves physically for labour by strengthening their pelvic floor, enabling a smoother delivery process.
MODULE 3: POST-PARTUM
For new moms who just gave birth & have been cleared by their doctor. This module will help them recover, rebuild a strong core, and lose the extra pounds.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
. When is it considered safe to join the prenatal or postpartum module?
The workouts performed in both modules are professionally programmed by one of our certified coaches and are perfectly safe for you and your baby. However, It's your responsibility to get cleared by your doctor first before performing any physical activity especially if you have faced any complications during pregnancy/labor.
. Do I need to be in shape to join the program?
Of course not, That's what we're here for! The program is suitable for women of all fitness levels & body types. If you've never been to the gym before, This program is the perfect way to kickstart your health & fitness journey.
. Is there any equipment required to join the program?
Minimal equipment will be needed (1 pair of dumbbells and 1 resistance band)
. What if I miss a session?
The timings for the sessions are fixed. However, In the unlikely event of missing a session, Our sessions will be recorded to perform it later at your own convenience.
