Build& Burn:
A 60-minute workout combining functional bodybuilding and metabolic conditioning.
HIt60 :
A 60-minute high-intensity interval training session.
HIT JUNIORS:
Sessions that will help keep your children fit, Get them moving & start them young
CORE:
A 45-minute session that is focused primarily on strengthening you core muscles & abs.
HIT30:
a briefer module of HIT60 for a quick burn targeting busy athletes & achieving the same goal as HIT60
HIT CALISTHENICS:
A type of functional strength training consisting of a variety of bodyweight movements that exercise large muscle groups.
BUILD:
A Functional bodybuilding program for those who want to lift weights, get stronger & Look Leaner
Beach Workout:
a 45-minute workout on the sands of the beach. An intense stations workout with a view
Open Gym hours from 8:00am to 7:00pm
