Starting back in 2014. Our roots lie in Heliopolis Sporting Club, Cairo. HIT was one of the most prominent leaders in the rise of the fitness industry in Egypt and over the past 8 years we've expanded to now proudly serve in 8 different locations across East Cairo and the North Coast, With plans to branch out further to West Cairo & the Middle East. Our aim is to help people reach their full potential by providing a wide range of services and programs that would suit their needs, and most importantly, by providing a strong and supporting community base
