Is a package for those who are looking to enhance their athletic performance. the program includes beginner classes to teach you the fundamentals of functional training and help you get in shape & combines all 3 different elements of cross-fit training; Weightlifting, Gymnastics & Performance training. Also, it involves a higher intensity level of training where it helps build up strength, endurance & overall athletic performance.
Session-based package.
Shareable between up to 10 persons
A more convenient option for those with an inconsistent schedule or those who train 3 or less times per week. This package grants you a number of sessions to use within an expiry of 1 year. It can also be used for Yoga classes.
