My Yoga journey made me realize that I never really connected to myself truly  before Yoga. And that all the needed tools for healing and growth were right within me. 
My journey with my self practice and with teaching different individuals, have made me able to connect with people on a deeper level and help them find the tools to grow beautifully into better versions of themselves.

Took my 200hr YTT at the end of 2018 and started teaching in the beginning of 2019. Taught over 400 yoga classes at HIT!



A 200 hour certified self-motivated Yogi, and Yoga teacher, combining Hatha and Vinyasa styles. 
I Guide students in safe exercise, taking into account individual physical strength and abilities, while mixing strength, flexibility and mobility.
My aim is to encourage people of all backgrounds and skill levels to incorporate Yoga into their lifestyles to help them enhance their mind-body-soul connection and reach their full potential.
