Welcome to our -ladies only- transformation program!
What is FABFIT?
A 4 week -ladies only- Fitness & Yoga program, designed to help ladies and mothers lead a healthy lifestyle, and for new mothers to get fit and strong both physically and mentally.
It also aims to engage the ladies in a fun and active community, where they enjoy their one hour training and recharge their energy to go through the week.
Each module/category in the program represents a unique phase of our lives.
WHAT ARE THE 3 MODULES OF FABFIT? (You pick one)
Module 1: For all ages and all levels to help them get fitter, stronger and leaner.
Module 2: For pregnant moms during all three trimesters to help them stay fit and ready for labor.
Module 3: For new moms who just gave birth and this will help them recover, rebuild a strong core, and lose the extra pounds.

SCHEDULE & LOCATION
Workout regimen is 4 days per week.
Saturday & Wednesday at 4:45 pm (pre Iftar) at Concord Plaza
Sunday & Tuesday at 10 pm (Post Iftar) at Platinum Club, Katameya Residence

- A nutrition Webinar to help maintain a proper food understanding
- A customized nutrition program that suits whatever phase you are in
(weight loss, weight gain, maintenance, pregnancy, breastfeeding, etc,..)
