FAST TRACK is back!
Fast track is a 4 week seasonal program for intermediate level, advanced and competitive athletes!
Programming is divided between lifting, functional fitness, gymnastics and weekly recovery workouts included.
Workout regimen is 6 times a week out of which 4 days are double sessions per day.
This program will help you ace your game, break PRs, work on your weaknesses and develop a competitive physique!
Program includes customized nutrition planning and consultation.
Program comes in two modules:
One with online nutrition 3100 EGP
One with on-ground nutrition 3300 EGP
Program starts 12th of Feb
Friday- Saturday 10 till 12 AM
Monday 7 AM lifting and 8:30PM functional fitness ( one hour each )
Tuesday 7 AM gymnastics and 8:30 PM functional fitness ( one hour each)
Wednesday Active recovery
Thursday 8-9:30 PM
